​How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order, first click on the Shop button in the top left bar. Once on Shop page, scroll down and view upon the items to see what you like; or click on Load More button on bottom middle to view more. Once item is found, click on either the item or the Add to Cart button. Once either of those buttons are selected, select the color of the item and size. Then, select the Add the Cart button if you want to continue shopping or select Buy Now if you want to make your final purchase. Once on Order Summary page, view your cart and order summary to verify that all the information is correct. Then, click Checkout. .....Then, select your payment method and address and place order....

All shipping prices are based on customer's location and the weight and dimensions of the listing. 

The processing time is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of shipment delivery.

  2. Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached.  Any items containing make-up, body odor, perfume, animal hair etc., or are sent back after the return period will not be accepted and if returned will be disposed of and NOT sent back to the customer.

  3.  All Final Sale merchandise and Face Masks are not eligible for refund.​

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or different item, please make sure to note the requested exchange on the return form or packing slip. Please make sure your exchange meets the criteria for an acceptable return (see above). We will ship the first exchange at our expense (does not apply to international orders). 

How to Return Merchandise

  1. Circle the item(s) on the packing slip that you are returning and include the packing slip with the returned item(s).  If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a paper with your name, contact information, order number, and items returning.

  2. Indicate the reason for the return next to each item.

  3. Securely repackage your merchandise as we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging.

  4. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.

  5. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.  We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.

  6. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
